Georgian FARA Administration & Enforcement Regulation

On the day of entry of the Foreign Agents Registration Act ("Georgian FARA") in Georgia, Anti-Corruption Bureau ("Bureau") published the FARA Administration & Enforcement Regulation.

The Regulation provides additional definitions and clarifications regarding different aspects of the law, including the exemption list, control test etc.
