Corporate law reform working group meeting

On May 15-16, 2025, Jaba Gvelebiani participated in a significant Joint Working Group session organized by the Investors Council of Georgia in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia. This event brought together key stakeholders to discuss vital legislative amendments impacting the business environment in Georgia.

During the two-day session, various draft amendments were thoroughly examined. A focal point of the discussions was the chapter on capital formation for Limited Liability Companies (LLCs).

Jaba Gvelebiani took a leading role in the conversation regarding changes to the capital formation chapter.

The Joint Working Group session served as a platform for collaboration between government representatives, business leaders, and legal experts, aiming to enhance the regulatory framework for LLCs in Georgia. The outcomes of this event are expected to foster a more conducive environment for investment and entrepreneurship.
