Gvelebiani Law Is Golden Sponsor of GIAC Arbitration Days 2026

Gvelebiani Law is Golden Sponsor of the 2026 Arbitration Days of the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), held in Tbilisi on 15–16 October.

As one of the first Arbitration Days in the region, the event plays an important part in developing arbitration in Georgia, promoting the profession and connecting the local community with global leaders in dispute resolution.

Our founding partner, Jaba Gvelebiani, will speak on the panel that opens Day 2 (Friday, 16 October, 10:00–11:30): "Manufacturing Memory? Witness Preparation, Evidentiary Value and Integrity of Witness Statements in International Arbitration." The panel will examine the role and limits of witness preparation, how memory can be influenced, and the evidentiary weight and integrity of witness statements throughout the arbitral process. He joins Audrey Caminades, Katherine Bell, Eraldo d'Atri and Levan Nanobashvili.
