Gvelebiani Law is a private practice founded by Jaba Gvelebiani, a former Director at KPMG Law and a corporate lawyer with 15 years of experience. We provide innovative and practical legal solutions to help clients navigate both local and global legal challenges. Our approach combines expertise from Big Four law firms and Georgian legal practice, ensuring commercially driven and effective results tailored to each client’s unique needs.
We are looking for a part-time, remote Legal Intern to assist the founding partner with legal research, drafting documents, and supporting various legal projects. This is a great opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking legal practice.
Working Conditions

Duration: Three-month paid internship, with the possibility of extension or transition into a full-time role.

Work Mode: Fully remote, with all communication conducted electronically.

Meetings: Weekly or biweekly in-person meetings may be required, depending on availability and necessity.

Eligibility: Preference will be given to final-year law students or recent graduates who are not currently employed. However, candidates pursuing other full-time or part-time roles may also apply, provided there are no conflicts of interest.
Georgian Bar Association (GBA) Credit
Jaba Gvelebiani is a Mentor Attorney registered with the Georgian Bar Association. Therefore, this internship will count toward the mandatory pre-licensing practice if required.
Qualifications
✔️ Final-year law student or law graduate ✔️ Strong Georgian and English verbal and written communication skills
